The publication scheme
As a public authority, we are subject to the Freedom of Information Act 2000 (FOIA) and are required to maintain a publication scheme which describes the information available and where it can be found. The requirements for a publication scheme are set up by the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) and our publication scheme is based on the ICO model scheme.

Information not included in our publication scheme
There are some circumstances when information will not be published. For example where the information is not held or is archived and not readily available, or the disclosure of certain information that is protected by law. Further information on the Freedom of Information Act 2000 and Data Protection Act 2018 and UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) can be found on the ICO website.
