Safety plan consultation survey competition terms and conditions

This competition is open to Staffordshire residents aged 18 or over.
The prize is a £100 amazon voucher.
Everyone who completes a survey, ticks the box to enter the competition, and submits this to SFRS before 23:59 on Sunday 26^th November will be entered into our prize draw, where one person will be selected at random.
Each person can only enter the competition once; however, we will accept more than one entry per household if they are completed by different people.
If you’re chosen as a winner we will contact you to arrange delivery of the prize using any contact details you supply.
The prize stated is non-transferable and there will be no cash or other substitution. However, SFRS reserve the right to substitute a similar prize of equal or greater value in the event of the above prize being unavailable for any reason.
This competition is not open to SFRS employees (or shared service employees) in the following teams: Corporate Communications and Risk Planning.
By entering the competition, you give permission for SFRS to use your competition entry and first name in publicity, both electronically or paper based, unless otherwise ‘opting out’ in writing.
By entering, each contestant agrees to be bound by the terms and conditions.
Should the winner not acknowledge receipt of their win within seven days of receiving notice that they have won the competition, we reserve the right to redraw or not fulfil the prize.
In the event that the promoter believes that an entry contravenes these terms and conditions it reserves the right to delete the entry at its absolute and sole discretion.
