Fire fighters tackle house fire

Fire fighters have tackled a house fire in Biddulph this morning (Wednesday 5 January).
Crews were called to Queen's Drive at around 6.15am.
Firefighters from Biddulph, Hanley and Sandyford attended as did Staffordshire Police and paramedics.
Upon arrival, crews found a fire on the first floor.
Four breathing apparatus and one hose reel was used to extinguish the fire.
All occupants were accounted for and a woman was treated at the scene by paramedics.
An investigation into the cause of the fire is ongoing with officers from Staffordshire Police.
