Fire crews extinguish fire at country park

We have extinguished a fire at a country park in South Staffordshire.

A crew from Kinver were called to Himley Park, Himley, with Staffordshire Police just after 8am on Monday (11 December) and found a wooden gamekeepers hut on fire.

A hose reel jet was used to extinguish the fire.

We later deemed the fire to be deliberate.

We left the scene just before 9.15am and the incident has been left with Staffordshire Police.
