Cheers from Abbots Bromley Fire Station!

It’s great to see you’re interested in the on-call firefighter role here at Abbots Bromley.

At the moment there are 5 of us working on-call, but we really need more people to come forward and join us so we can support the local community in an emergency.

Rather than being based at the fire station, we work a number of paid on-call hours each week where we are alerted to emergencies at home or work.

If you live or work close to Abbots Bromley Fire Station and are 18 years old or over, you can apply to join us to gain the skills to become a fully competent firefighter.

If you’re interested in the role and want to meet us for a chat you can come down to the station to speak to us on our drill night: Monday, 7pm to 9pm.
