To report dangerous road conditions you can take the following steps depending on the type of road and where the road is located:

Stoke-on-Trent Council
For roads sitting within the Stoke-on-Trent City boundary.

Staffordshire County Council
For roads sitting within the Staffordshire county boundary.

National Highways
For all motorways and major A roads in Staffordshire you must report any issues to National Highways.
