Crews attend fatal collision in Cellarhead

Firefighters have attended a fatal collision in Cellarhead.

Crews were called at around 11.05am this morning (Wednesday 19 January) to Leek Road following reports of a two-vehicle crash.

Crews from Hanley and Longton attended along with the ambulance service, air ambulance and officers from Staffordshire Police.

Upon arrival, crews found a blue Ford Focus and a blue New Holland tractor in collision.

Sadly, a man in his 80s, was pronounced dead at the scene.

The incident has been left in the care of Staffordshire Police.
