How it works

Our Fairbridge programme offers you a mix of group activities and one-to-one support to develop the skills and confidence you need to move forward.

We run a range of exciting and interesting activities to develop personal and key life skills. Covering music, drama, science, technology, cooking, sports and a range of adventurous activities, you're already a step closer to achieving your personal goals.

What’s more, there’s no time limit. We’re here for as long as you need us. Once you’re ready, we’ll help you take the next step into work, education or training.

It’s your choice to join Fairbridge, your choice to stay on and we won’t make you do anything you don’t feel comfortable with. You’re in control.

Starting with a five-day Access course, you’ll get the chance to do outdoor adventurous activities, as well as take part in a residential trip.

Once the Access course is complete, you can choose from lots of different activities from sports to drama and photography to cooking. We’ll work with you to help reach your goals.

Fairbridge is completely free. We’ll even throw in lunch and drinks throughout the day, and also cover your travel expenses.
