Staffordshire Fire and Rescue service, supported by National Fire Chiefs Council, will once again be hosting its conference on March 5, 2020, at the National Memorial Arboretum in Staffordshire.
The day will be made up of a number of inspirational presentations and interactive sessions including a keynote address from Eleanor Fairford from the National Centre for Cyber Security who will share her own fascinating journey to a high profile position, the barriers she faced as a woman in a male dominated environment and how she overcame them. We are also delighted to provide 2 interactive workshops focusing on women working with men to eradicate period poverty and reduce waste and exploring the Art of your own Brilliance. Other fantastic contributions to the day include a session from lead development coach Graham Ravenscroft and an interview with Sonja Braidner on her Churchill Fellowship research report, Igniting Inclusion; Moving beyond the Brass Ceiling in Australia.
There will be opportunities to network with colleagues from a range of industry sectors.
