We will be holding a number of firefighter information sessions in preparation for our upcoming recruitment drive. The sessions are informal and will include introductions and discussions about the role. There will be firefighters and staff from Learning and Development on hand, as well as information about the application process and fitness advice.
|Date||Fire Station Location||Who is welcome to attend||Session Times|
|11/11/19||Cannock||Women and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME)||11am – 7pm|
|13/11/19||Burton||Women and BAME||11am – 7pm|
|20/11/19||Hanley||Women and BAME||11am – 7pm|
Booking is not necessary, and those who are interested in the role can attend at anytime during the day but we'd recommend allowing around two hours to get all the information you need. For those who need or want to bring children, they are welcome to come along and there will be some toys available to occupy younger children, however these will not be supervised sessions. You’re welcome to bring along a friend, partner, family member too if you so wish. Please note that you do not have to attend one of these sessions in order to apply when we start our recruitment drive.
