Compliments & Comments

 Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service aims to provide a service to the County, which will result in the reduction of arson and related fatalities and casualties thereby creating a safer environment.
We will listen to views and respond to queries and needs

• We welcome comments from our customers. Please help us to continue to improve our Service by telling us what we do well or what we could do better.
• We aim to provide a high quality service to all our customers, but if you are in any way unhappy with the service that you have received from us, we would like to hear from you immediately.
• All correspondence from you is treated as confidential.
• Letters of complaint about the Service are acknowledged within two working days.


Complaints

Staffordshire Fire & Rescue Service deals with all complaints seriously. If you make a complaint against the Service by E-mail, an Officer will contact you during the next working day. Alternatively, an Officer will respond to you within 4 hours of reporting the complaint, if you telephone the numbers below.
