How To Obtain Information

The Service will provide reasonable advice and assistance to anyone making a request for information. Where information is requested which is not included on our Publication scheme then a written request including e-mail can be submitted. The Service will confirm in writing if the information requested is held by the Authority.

If you can’t find the information you require on our website, please complete the Information Request form at the bottom of the page.

There are numerous methods to submit this form, the options available are below:-

E-mail the completed form to the freedom of Information team – foi@staffordshirefire.gov.uk

Post the completed form to the Freedom of Information Team, at Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service, Pirehill, Aston, Stone, ST15 0BS.

Call into the Headquarters at Pirehill, Aston, Stone, ST15 0BS.
Or call into your nearest Fire Station

Your completed form will be acknowledged and processed within 20 working days and the information will be sent to you in the format and method in which you request it: subject to any exemptions or fee that may apply.
