Rescue Tender

Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service has 3 Rescue Tenders (RT), the latest being built in 2000 on a Dennis Sabre chassis cab designed for a fast response with automatic transmission, this appliance has an integral 110 volt generator and an electric front mounted winch.

The body was built by Saxon Sandbec Limited of Sandbach, and incorporates a heavy duty slide and tilt tray stowage system carrying a comprehensive array of heavy duty hydraulic, air and electric rescue equipment
