Conferencing Facilities

Please note that all Staffordshire Fire and Rescue Service premises are completely smoke free, this includes all buildings and outside areas, including car parks

Our clients range from the Fire Service, County Council or the Public Sector.

Fax and photocopying facilities are available and internet access by prior arrangement.
We have an excellent range of new up to date audiovisual equipment available to all clients and a ‘loop’ system to assist the hard of hearing.

We can arrange your catering requirement from tea, coffee and biscuits to offering you a choice of three buffet menus and prior liaising with you for those in your party with special dietary needs.

• Staff Dining Room
  • The Dining room is accessed from the foyer on the ground floor and caters for Fire Service personnel. It can however cater for small bookings of 15 or less people subject to prior arrangements.
    
    
• Conference Room 1
  • This large room accommodates an open conference table which seats 24, U shape it seats 20, Lecture style 60 and Group Format 36.
    
    
• Conference Room 2
  • This is a smaller room and accommodates Boardroom table for 16, Lecture style 25 and Group Format 20.
    
    
• Conference Room 3 / Bar
  • Conference Room 3/ Bar Area is mainly used to accommodate refreshments.
  
  
• Conference Rooms 1 and 2 Combined
  
  • Conference Room 1 and 2 can be combined to make a larger room.
    

• Audio Visual Equipment
  • Conference Rooms 1, 2 and the Visitors' Dining Room are all highly equipped with up to date equipment.

• Catering Facilities
  • Excellent refreshments are available from hot and cold drinks to a choice of three buffets at varied prices with special dietary needs catered for on request. Small conference booking of a maximum 15 people can be catered for in the Staff Dining Room.
