Please note that when dialling the voicebank service from a BT landline, calls will cost 8.5 pence per minute plus VAT, fixed at all times (i.e. no peak or off peak rate). Calls from mobile telephones may vary in price depending on the network operator. There is limited access to the voicebank service, as it is only available to those calling from within the UK, no international callers will be able to access this service.
