Terms of Reference for the Strategy and Resources Committee

The Committee consists of 10 members (which would normally include the Chair and Vice-Chair of the Authority), with a quorum of 4.

Terms of Reference

To consider major financial issues, and in particular the financial planning strategies and draft budgets for future years, the Medium Term Strategic Plan, Regional Management Board issues, and other strategic issues
To monitor governance arrangements; and review these annually.

Reporting to: Minutes go to the Fire Authority

Frequency of Meetings

6 times per year.
