Constitution

The Panel consists of 5 members.  No quorum.

Terms of Reference

• To oversee the Brigade’s best value initiatives, including the Local Performance Plan and Fundamental Performance Reviews.
• To develop the draft Best Value Performance Plan for approval by the Authority.
• To consider the scope and terms of reference of all "significant" reviews.
• To consider progress reports from best value reviews and the best value teams.
• To consider draft recommendations and the outcome of all reviews and make recommendations.
  Delegated powers: None

Reporting to: Notes of the meeting to the Scrutiny and Performance Committee.

Frequency of Meetings
Four times per year
