The Staffordshire Safety Plan (also known as the Integrated Risk Management Plan) outlines how the Service is going to move forward over the period 20011 – 2014. The aim of the plan is to make Staffordshire a safer place to live, work and visit.

The plan was created following extensive consultation with both staff and members of the public.
