How to make a request
The Service will provide reasonable advice and assistance to anyone making a request for information. Where information is requested which is not included on our Publication scheme then a written request including e-mail can be submitted. The Service will confirm in writing if the information requested is held by the Authority.
You e-mail the completed form to the Freedom of Information team – foi@staffordshirefire.gov.uk or post the completed form to the our HQ address:

Call into the Headquarters at Pirehill, Stone, ST15 0BS.
Or call into your nearest Fire Station
Your completed form will be acknowledged and processed within 20 working days and the information will be sent to you in the format and method in which you request it: subject to any exemptions or fee that may apply.

Fees
In most cases the information will be provided free of charge, however the Service reserves the right to charge for administering information requests that are not contained within the publication scheme, subject to the limits set by Government.
